Welcome to DCS Technosis Pvt Ltd. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our examination management services, technology platforms, and related offerings. By engaging with our services or accessing our platforms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. DCS Technosis is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, security, and operational excellence in all examination processes.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by DCS Technosis Pvt Ltd, including but not limited to online examination platforms, offline examination management, OMR processing systems, candidate registration portals, and examination surveillance solutions, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users including educational institutions, corporate organizations, government bodies, examination candidates, administrators, and service personnel.

DCS Technosis reserves the right to modify, update, or change these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue the use of our services and notify us in writing.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DCS Technosis Pvt Ltd regarding the use of our examination services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or arrangements, whether written or oral.

Examination Services Provided

DCS Technosis Pvt Ltd is a technology-driven examination services company specializing in comprehensive end-to-end assessment solutions. Our services are designed to meet the diverse needs of educational institutions, corporate organizations, and government bodies across India.

Core Services
  • Online Examination Management with secure browser technology and real-time monitoring for large-scale digital assessments
  • Offline Examination Management including venue arrangements, infrastructure setup, and on-ground coordination
  • Online Registration and Candidate Management systems enabling seamless enrollment and profile management
  • OMR Sheet Processing and Result Evaluation using advanced scanning and automated evaluation systems
  • Examination Surveillance and Security Solutions including CCTV, biometric authentication, and anti-cheating mechanisms

We maintain PAN India service capability with the ability to deploy resources and infrastructure across multiple locations simultaneously. Our scalable technology platforms can handle examinations ranging from small institutional assessments to large-scale national-level examinations with millions of candidates.

User Obligations and Responsibilities

All users of DCS Technosis services, whether institutions, organizations, or individual candidates, are required to adhere to specific obligations and responsibilities to maintain the integrity and effectiveness of examination processes. Failure to comply may result in service termination, examination cancellation, or legal action.

For Educational Institutions and Organizations
  • Provide accurate and complete information regarding examination requirements, candidate demographics, syllabus details, and assessment criteria
  • Ensure timely communication and coordination with DCS Technosis teams throughout the examination lifecycle
  • Make payments as per agreed schedules and terms mentioned in the service agreement without delays or defaults
  • Review and approve examination materials, question papers, answer keys, and assessment content before final deployment
  • Designate authorized representatives for decision-making, approvals, and coordination
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and educational board guidelines governing examination conduct
For Examination Candidates
  • Provide accurate personal information during registration and maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Appear for examinations at designated venues and times as specified in the examination schedule
  • Refrain from any form of malpractice, cheating, impersonation, or use of unfair means during examination
  • Follow examination rules including restrictions on electronic devices and unauthorized materials
  • Cooperate with examination invigilators, technical support staff, and DCS Technosis personnel
  • Report any technical issues, system malfunctions, or irregularities immediately to examination authorities

Registration and Candidate Management

DCS Technosis provides comprehensive online registration and candidate management systems designed to streamline the enrollment process for examinations. Our platforms enable educational institutions and organizations to efficiently manage large volumes of candidate registrations while ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance.

Registration Process

Candidates must complete the online registration process through the designated examination portal within the specified registration period. The process includes creating a user account, filling out the application form, uploading required documents and photographs, selecting examination centers, making payment of applicable fees, and receiving confirmation.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and verifiable. Any false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in registration cancellation, examination disqualification, and legal action.

Candidate Account Management
  • Candidates must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and are solely responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts
  • Regularly check registered email addresses and mobile numbers for important examination-related notifications
  • Admit cards, examination schedules, and result notifications will be available through the candidate portal
  • Correction requests must be submitted within the specified window with supporting documents
  • DCS Technosis implements robust security measures to protect candidate data

Payment Terms and Financial Policies

All examination services provided by DCS Technosis Pvt Ltd are subject to payment of applicable fees as specified in service agreements, quotations, or examination notifications. Payment terms must be adhered to by all clients and candidates to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

For Institutional Clients
  • Payment schedules are outlined in the service agreement including advance payment, milestone-based, and final settlement structures
  • Advance payments are required to confirm service booking and initiate planning and resource allocation
  • All payments must be made through approved banking channels with proper invoicing and financial documentation
  • Prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes including GST charged as per prevailing tax laws
  • Late payment beyond agreed due dates may attract penalty charges and impact service delivery timelines
  • Cancellation or postponement of examinations after booking may result in cancellation charges as specified
For Examination Candidates
  • Online payment options include credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets
  • All payment transactions processed through secure gateways with encryption and industry-standard security
  • Payment confirmation sent via email and SMS — candidates must retain transaction receipts for future reference
  • Refund policies are determined by the examination conducting authority and DCS Technosis facilitates processing per approved policies

Security, Compliance and Data Protection

DCS Technosis Pvt Ltd is committed to maintaining the highest standards of security, compliance, and data protection across all examination processes and technology platforms. We implement comprehensive security measures to ensure examination integrity, prevent malpractices, and protect sensitive candidate and institutional data.

  • CCTV surveillance systems deployed at examination centers for real-time monitoring and recording
  • Biometric authentication and candidate verification processes to prevent impersonation
  • Secure browser technology for online examinations preventing access to unauthorized applications
  • Randomization of question papers and answer options to minimize cheating across all candidates
  • Anti-cheating mechanisms including AI-based proctoring, screen monitoring, and automated malpractice detection
  • Encrypted data transmission and secure storage of examination content and candidate responses
Data Protection and Privacy

DCS Technosis handles large volumes of sensitive data including candidate personal information, examination content, assessment results, and institutional records. We implement robust data protection measures to ensure compliance with applicable laws while maintaining confidentiality and privacy of all stakeholders.

Compliance Standards

We adhere to guidelines established by educational boards, regulatory authorities, and government bodies governing examination conduct. Regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and compliance reviews are conducted to identify and address potential risks.

Limitation of Liability

While DCS Technosis makes every effort to ensure accurate, reliable, and uninterrupted examination services, certain limitations on liability apply to protect the company from circumstances beyond reasonable control.

DCS Technosis shall not be liable for any delays, failures, or disruptions in examination conduct resulting from force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, power failures, internet outages, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

The company is not responsible for candidate-related issues including failure to appear for examinations, incorrect information provided during registration, loss of credentials, technical problems on candidate devices, or non-compliance with examination rules.

DCS Technosis liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of reputation, business opportunities, or data unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Termination and Cancellation

Either party may terminate service agreements under specific conditions as outlined in the contract. DCS Technosis reserves the right to terminate services immediately if clients fail to make payments as per agreed schedules, provide false or misleading information, breach confidentiality obligations, or engage in any conduct that compromises examination integrity.

Clients may request cancellation or postponement of examination services by providing written notice within the timeframe specified in the service agreement. Cancellation charges will apply based on the stage of service delivery and resources already committed. Full refunds are typically not provided for cancellations made close to examination dates.

In cases of examination malpractice or violation of terms by candidates, DCS Technosis has the authority to cancel candidate registrations, invalidate examination attempts, and bar candidates from future examinations.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the services provided by DCS Technosis shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Both parties agree to attempt resolution of any disputes through good faith negotiations and mediation before pursuing litigation. In the event that mutual resolution is not achieved, the matter may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the arbitration proceeding conducted in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Any legal notices or communications required under these terms must be sent in writing to the registered office address of DCS Technosis Pvt Ltd. Electronic communications will be considered valid if sent to official email addresses with acknowledgment of receipt.
